Scope and prototype
Agree the engineering scope, deliverables, component options and acceptance tests. Prototype work is a separate milestone, with approval before additional purchasing or production.
Validate the build
Review functional results, thermal behavior, assembly risks and component availability. A pilot build checks whether the design and test process can be repeated.
Produce and hand over
Release the approved revision for the agreed batch. Coordinate assembly, inspection, packaging and delivery arrangements, and provide the contracted documentation and support.
